I am truly sorry for the month long hiatus I have taken from this blog. It was due to the fact that my dear, dear digital camera was stolen a month ago at a bar here in Lyon called the Q-Boat.
Whoever the horrible person was who took my camera, I hope that it takes horrible pictures for you and I hope that karma finds you well. That being said, it took me a while to muster up the emotional strength to continue writing this blog. So until I get back to the U.S. and can buy a new camera, please bear with my posts as I am going to have to dig deep into the unknown corners of 'My Pictures' to produce the ever-popular blogs you have come to enjoy. And to kick of this new period of my blog [sans digi cam] I shall quote one of my previous post titles...

I'm very sorry to hear about your camera being stolen, it makes me think about how maybe someone has put karma on me and that explains why my children look like monkeys.
That is a little harsh to wish that upon someone, perhaps maybe something like a flea infestation upon their armpits or other warm areas on their bodies. Well, perhaps your next camera will be a little better than the one that was taken. Try to see if you can post a sign where it was taken, maybe the time that has past will have played to your advantage. Love you, can't wait to see you!

Sorry about your camera. You could start a " New Camera Fund ", The boys really enjoyed the video on Dolche, they would like to see where he runs around the house like he did in S.A. I really enjoyed all the sight seeing you do for us. Say "HI" to stephan.
